GAME INFO: (6) Baylor at K-State WBB – game time, radio, streaming, and more

There’s a weird feeling of déjà vu hanging around here. A loss to Northern Iowa to close the non-conference slate? A league opener against Baylor? It’s all just too familiar.

The game

Kansas State (8-3, 0-0 Big 12) hosts the sixth-ranked Baylor Bears (10-1, 0-0 Big 12) in the first game of the Big 12 season.

Once upon a time, K-State led this series 9-5. Now, Baylor leads the all-time series 31-9, and you can do the math there. Baylor has a 9-4 edge in Manhattan. On the bright side, Jeff Mittie has seven more career wins than Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey. On the other hand, he’s 1-13 against Baylor, his lone win coming when he was at TCU.

Baylor is on a 7-game winning streak after a 14-point loss at UCLA Bruins in mid-November. Two Bears nearly average double-doubles, with Kalani Brown hitting for 22 points a game and just under nine rebounds per and Lauren Cox going for 14.8/9.3. Australian import Kristy Wallace also scores in double figures at 11.5 per outing. They’re a tough trio to deal with.
