GAME INFO: #UnholyAlliance time as K-State visits (19) Mizzou – game times, tv, radio, streaming, and more

Just as the men had, although with one extra road game to handle, the women left Manhattan and suffered their first loss of the season. Of course, that loss was to a top-5 program in UCLA, and they rebounded by defeating a major-conference team coming off a 20-win season in Penn State, so it’s entirely forgivable for the young Wildcat squad.

Tonight, however, it’s nostalgia time.

The game

Kansas State (5-1, 0-0 Big 12) visits the 19th-ranked Missouri Tigers (5-1, 0-0 SEC) in the Big 12/SEC Challenge. The Tigers lost their season opener by three to Western Kentucky, but have won five straight including a three-point win Saturday at 24th-ranked California to capture the Cal Classic title. Cierra Porter is averaging a double-double with 11 points and rebounds per game, while Sophie Cunningham is scoring at a 17.8 clip followed by Jordan Frericks at 16 even.

K-State has a 45-38 lead in the all-time series, but Mizzou has won the last two — including an ugly 19-point blowout in Manhattan in the second round of the 2015 WNIT. Missouri also leads all-time in Columbia, 22-13. Jeff Mittie is 1-1 against the Tigers, including that loss and a win in his only meeting with them as coach of the TCU Horned Frogs.
