The Longhorns have an ideal opportunity to make significant headway with the west coast prospect.
One of the nation’s top prospects is currently touring the Forty Acres, as Clovis (Cali.) Buchanan running back Kendall MIlton has arrived in Austin for an unofficial visit with the Texas Longhorns.

The 6’2, 210-pounder picked up an offer from the Longhorns last April and included Texas in the top 10 list that he released in July. So far, Alabama and USC are considered the top contenders for Milton, but it’s possible that the turmoil with the Trojans and presence of California prospects on the Longhorns roster like De’Gabriel Floyd and Bru McCoy could help induce Milton to seriously consider Texas.
This is Milton’s first trip to the Forty Acres.
A consensus five-star prospect, Milton is ranked as the No. 11 prospect nationally, the No. 2 running back, and the No. 4 player in California, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
