The Texas Mobile Pass for the 2018 baseball season is a flexible $24.99 per month ($3 per game) season pass, which guarantees subscribers general admission seats to all 33 home baseball games, including an upgrade to reserved seats in a variety of seat locations for at least 6 games at UFCU Disch-Falk Field this season.

All subscribers will receive an email before the first home game on Friday, February 16th with instructions on accessing your mobile tickets on your mobile device. Seat locations will be assigned the day of each home game.

The 2018 Texas Mobile Pass will be renewable as a general admission season ticket for the 2019 season, with the opportunity to renew and upgrade into reserved seats for the 2019 season as well.

After you purchase the Texas Mobile Pass, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to use your mobile pass.

Texas Mobile Pass Step 1

STEP 1

Before the first home game on Friday, February 16th – all subscribers will receive an email with the subject “Texas Mobile Pass: Important Next Steps” from reply@messages.expapp.com with a link to www.TexasMobilePass.com to access your mobile tickets.

Click the link in the email, or visit www.TexasMobilePass.com from your mobile device. Type in your name, email address that you used when purchasing your Texas Mobile Pass, and cell phone number that you’d like to use to redeem your mobile tickets.

Click Continue.

STEP 2

Entering your information in Step 1 and clicking ‘Continue’ will send a text message to you from 4-5878 asking if you’d like to receive texts for each game when your seats are ready. Reply ‘YES’ and opt into these messages. You can also access your ticket at www.TexasMobilePass.com, which will take you to your Fan Hub and all of your tickets.

When your seats are ready, you’ll receive an SMS text message from 4-5878 which will prompt you to follow the link to www.TexasMobilePass.com and allow you to tap ‘Accept Seats’ to view your seat assignments.

On game day, use your mobile passes on your mobile device to access the venue. If using an iPhone, feel free to add your pass to your Apple Wallet. You can also send tickets that you’re unable to use to friends and family by clicking ‘Send’ Below.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Which games are included with my Texas Mobile Pass?
A: All home games for the 2018 Texas Baseball season.

Q: How will I be charged for my Texas Mobile Pass?
A: Subscribers will be charged $24.99 at the time of purchase, and then $24.99 on the first Monday of every month during the baseball season (March, April, & May) following time of purchase.

Q: When will I receive my mobile tickets?
A: Mobile tickets will be available to download shortly after each $24.99 charge is processed for the games that occur before the next $24.99 charge. The February and early March games will not be available to download until shortly before the February 16th home opener.

Q: Do I get post-season priority or other season ticket benefits?
A: Purchasers of the Texas Mobile Pass do not receive the other season ticket benefits, other than the single game cost savings provided by purchasing the Texas Mobile Pass

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The Texas Mobile Pass is supported on iPhones and Android phones.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Texas Mobile Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to UFCU Disch-Falk Field and seat assignments are managed on your smartphone by visiting www.TexasMobilePass.com

Q: May I purchase the Texas Mobile Pass if I don’t have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Are Texas Mobile Passes refundable?
A: No, Texas Mobile Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Q: May I sell my Pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, the Texas Mobile Pass may not be resold.


SEAT ASSIGNMENTS

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Texas Mobile Pass?
A: Yes! You are guaranteed a general admission ticket for every home game (see pricing map) plus reserved seating in a variety of different areas for at least 6 different home games

Q: When will seat locations be assigned?
A: While your mobile tickets can be downloaded in advance, the seat location will not be assigned until a few hours before each home game.

Q: What should I do if I require ADA seating?
A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the Texas Athletics Ticket Office at 512-471-3333 in advance of purchasing the Texas Mobile Pass, as accessible seating is limited and may be sold out.

Q: What if I lose the text message that I received letting me know my seat assignments were available for an upcoming game?
A: If you can’t access your Texas Mobile Pass via text message, simply visit

ENTERING UFCU Disch-Falk Field

Q: How do I get into UFCU Disch-Falk Field with my Texas Mobile Pass?
A: Your tickets may be accessed on gamedays at www.TexasMobilePass.com. Log in with the email address you used to purchase the Texas Mobile Pass and your mobile phone number. This registration provides you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

Q: If I purchased an additional Texas Mobile Pass for a guest, how does my guest scan into the game?
A: Your guest may either enter the stadium with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Send button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest. Barcodes may only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
