Texas Tech was looking to end its non-conference slate with a home match 7 p.m. Sunday against Cal State-Northridge.
A bout of inclement weather pushed back the start several times, which eventually led to both teams postponing the match.
According to a Texas Tech official, the Red Raiders and Matadors are scheduled to play at either 9 or 9:30 a.m. Monday. Admission is slated to be free and concessions will not be sold.
Texas Tech (6-2) was looking to end its weekend home stand undefeated with two wins. Cal State-Northridge (3-1-4) was looking to complete its longest road trip of the season.
The Matadors, just like the Red Raiders, were coming off wins in their previous matches.
Texas Tech is slated to start Big 12 play with matches against Kansas State (7 p.m. Friday) and Kansas (1 p.m. Sunday).
